Pastiche cars, like the current Fiat 500 and Mini, that look like but completely miss the point of the originals.

Models that dilute the brand like the Porsche Cayenne or the Mercedes A Class. If you occupy an iconic niche why start churning out the same kind of thing that everyone else already makes?

SUVs. Sacrifice style, performance and practicality to gain a measure of off road ability that almost no one ever uses. And most of them aren't even any good at that.

Designer must have mistranlate the word "beauty":
Fiat Multipla
Porsche Cayenne
Porsche Panamera
Morgan Aero

Purely for market share, completely lose the soul of the badge:
Aston Martin Cygnet
BMW 2 Series Active Tour
BMW 2 Series Gran Tour
Alfa Romeo Stelvio
Jaguar F-PACE

Yes, I have serious "road rage" issue

Lamborghini for me now just represents the social media ‘look at me’ generation and since they’re owned by the dominating Germans I find it very difficult to get excited about anything they make.

VAG stuff just doesn’t interest me but probably doesn’t qualify for hatred, had some choice encounters with RS_/Golf R drivers though.

I have an irrational hatred for the BMW 1/2 Series, not sure why. Never really got over the squashed van styling and often driven by bellends with a ‘yer I made it mate, I’ve got a beemer’ attitude. Appreciate that they can be had with corking engines though.

Any ‘niche’ SUVs stir my hatred, and residual hatred for any manufacturer who fills their model range pandering to this stupid pointless trend. Looking at you BMW & Audi. The sooner the white goods public stop funding these gopping products the better. This includes the Juke, Cashcow, ‘mini’ suv thing, the lot. If you want a 4x4 buy a Land Cruiser, get these stupid things off the road.

Hate is too strong a word, but in general I dislike most Mitsubishis.

For the betrayal of all that was good about the marque:

Every Lancia since the Delta.

For the betrayal of most that was good about the marque:

Alfas made between the demise of the Busso engine up to the introduction of the 4C and the new Guilia.

It's great to see AR getting its mojo back.

Range Rover all day long for me.

As I live in Cheshire its full of them - mostly completely un needed, driven badly/aggressively and all have some 'exclusive' bodykit

Any pickup truck but especially the Japanese variants with names like ‘warrior’ emblazoned on the sides.

Without fail, always seem to be driven by the most aggressive pricks on the road.

The Citroën Xsara Picasso and Vauxhall Zafira are both anti - cars, by that I mean they could only be bought by those that have simply no interest in cars in any way. The serve their purpose well in that regard.

But is that worse than a car specifically for someone who has no interest in cars, yet a very strong desire to show off to their neighbours and look aggressive to everyone else at the same time? Lots of mentions of the BMW X6 / Mercedes GLC here, but surely that is entirely rational hatred?

Irrational hatred? 8th gen Toyota Corrola.

The Nissan Micra

When single I once met a delightful bit of totty in Stockbridge, the date was going well until she outlined her love for her Micra and its 'nippiness' .Needless to say this changed the direction of the evening, it would always, always be an issue, so no second date.
Quite honestly it sounds like she had a bloody lucky escape ftom a clearly mentally disturbed individual. That micra probably saved her life.

Plenty that have already been mentioned,

but I dont think this one, the Toyota Yaris - especially the 1st gen one
http://www.cars-data.com/en/toyota-yaris-2003/2757

Maybe an OK car, just seems to be driven by people with no idea on driving, no interest in driving

Couldn't agree more. Woman likes a Micra - big deal.

Vauxhall Astra G/mk4, the worst piece of characterless st I've ever driven. It does everything so badly:

Handles like a boat
Has no performance, even the gsi is a slow bag of wk
The styling is so boring
The interior is bland and badly put together

Quite how they sold when the equivalent focus was available I have no idea, not that the focus is without fault but it's so much better than a disastra.
