Exactly. They have to raise tax revenue and the motorist is always going to be an easy target.Demonise it, then tax it heavily.

I thought the government we chose (from such a variety of options - not just two f
ked up parties run by complete idiots who could never hold down a job in the private sector) only acted in the best interest of the electorate they represent, based on 'real science' and fact without dogma or discrimination. They ensure every single public service is delivered in the most timely and efficient manner - prioritizing those who actually contribute to society, like our ex-servicemen and women - with a low tax structure to encourage the betterment of the lower and middle classes...This is why life is so good for everyone in the UK isn't it?
