I've run my 124 Lusso on everything and it makes no discernable difference at all.

The window thing, I'm on my second winter in mine now, I just take a plastic bike drink bottle of warm water out to the car when it's frozen. Squirt it round the edges of the driver door window then open the door. Start the car up, switch the bum warmer on then squirt the rest of the water on the screen and get in the car and go.

Oh, and the Fiat (rather than Abarth) 124 doesn't annoy the neighbours with the un-necessarily vocal exhaust. And it does the scampering around thing almost as well too.
