Again, another person trying to re-arrange my life for me, cheers. I love my life and my job, 42 minutes on a train is hardly from bumblefeck is it.

26 minutes from Welwyn garden city..... just saying.
Add the 20+ minutes to drive there and park then explain how that's better for me? Also I can walk home currently, which I need to do sometimes. Again though, thanks to someone re-arranging my life for me in a way I'd never considered before...

Whereas obstructing them does more than ring of selfishness to me.
I'm not breaking a traffic law - they are. I'm just wanting to legally park my car, which I can't because of their illegal act

OP, are you with me in not knowing if some of the contributers on this thread are thick as st or just on the wind-up?

It's a funny thread thanks to the suggestions being given, repeatedly, and assumptions on your grasp of the situation.

A special mention to the poster effectively saying that you should change your career... That one has to be a wind-up, Shirley.

I know, does make me wonder. So a little update, this week the space was free and no bins. Maybe they knew it was not really right and have now realised the error of their ways. Will see though...

Right, my next crusade, selfish parking at my son's nursery - already called a few out.

Waiting to get abused for being some militant crusader now laugh
