Just baiting you guys! And you fell for it. Anyway, about that ladder...
Should have said you were so shocked by the massive accident you decided to turn left at the roundabout so you could pull over and gather your wits together.

Had this happen the other day:

Before anyone comments, I was hanging out in the outer lane for the roundabout ahead. Luckily, I would say.

And, yes, my dashcam is st. It's a Yi 2.7K. Don't buy one.
A few months ago I saw a trolley jack fall off a recovery vehicle that was in front of me. Quite scary watching it bounce along wondering if it was going to end up in my lane. Luckily it ended up in a verge, but the driver didn't notice it.

Found this gem of quite old dashcam footage recently

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JE82FZpq0qM

Starting about 50 seconds in is a great bit of road rage, 'Giving me the v-sign, can't think why he thinks I would be interested in his politics'.

Love it!
Amazing narration, with the Queen's English, and look at how clear the roads were!

Am I the only person who tries to identify the make and model
cam car from the bonnet shape?

Whatever you do, don't ask on here if it could have been a C-Max ffs. Or a Proton.

Clearly lane-hogging isn't a recent phenomenon!

There's the full clip in the BFI National Archive at the Media Museum in Bradford. It starts off with the driver talking to his colleagues in a workshop about smooth driving... Truly fascinating!

The situational awareness of that Proton was shocking. Can't have been any further than a few feet away from the old chap until they realised he was there.
Especially one called "savvy" !!!

Pretty much every single video on this Instagram account features dangerous of reckless driving.

Just one example: https://www.instagram.com/p/BtmQ5usBFgf/?utm_sourc...

What really annoys me is in many of these there is no skill involved. Just someone being a massive bellend.

E.g.

What a bunch of complete prix.

yes

Surely this would be easy pickings for the Police. If not it's unbelievable that this kind of crap is allowed, at least being on Instagram they don't make money from these videos.
