No it's not. Repetitive means "over inclined to repetition, and so tedious and boring". It's easy to conceive of a video of similar types of incident in which each incident is of sufficient distinction and interest to make the entire video interesting.

Well actually it is, at least depending on your definition. For example: "expressed or happening in the same way many times" (Cambridge dictionary). It does not have to imply tedium.

I guess you are taking this a little more seriously than I intended- and in a way I am with you- semantics matter.
