Ah yes, I'd forgotten about the old he-man dual controls. A friends first car was a POS Yugo 45, ex driving school car, it still had them fitted. It was endless amusement as a passenger holding the brakes on at junctions and the like. It wasn't for him mind.....

I got a feeling the white car in L1 was speed matching the cam car and the cam car didn't want to brake/accelerate to get ahead/behind to move into L1.

I bet cammer on cruise control and refusing to use either pedal to speed up or slow down. That shunt should happen to more brainless brakecheckers and then also have their license revoked.

Contrary to this and having seen that guys other videos, I think he was deliberately blocking the car behind (probably because he was tailgating) by speed matching the white car.

Absolute manic was tailgating me for about a minute before the event, then dangerously undertakes and brake checks.
