They should have pulled in front and dabbed their brakes.

That would have woken him up.

The first clip was weird.
At a guess, stolen.

Driver under the influence of drink/drugs/being a dick.

Royal Mail van was probably the fault of everybody else for not leaving a gap for him to pull into and forcing him to do a multiple overtake. Everybody else should be done for DWDCA.

Now that is an instance where you'd be fully justified passing the footage to their employers.

watched a few of them video compilations and so many of the dcws make things worse or make a drama iut of typical bad driving. eg turning right at a mini roundabout. its obvious most people wont.stop and will pull out on you so why the surprise? wheres the anticipation? they could have avoided many of those near misses by paying attention to the other drivers.

From 2:45... dash camera excellence.. not sure how accurate the gps is, but this one suggests camera car pulls into his desired lane, and then speeds up to prevent car on his inside coming past. Other car plays along and out brakes himself... could have ended a lot worse. A good example of how competitive driving is becoming.

You do, or at least always have your hand on the wheel, even if very lightly.

First thing I thought here was 'fake'. It's easy to close your eyes for a few secs for your mate to video this. These cars not only manage the gaps to hte cars in front but can also automatically overtake for you too (pretty amazing tech)

These Russian videos. 2 things I genuinely cannot get my head around :

1. what sort of tyre compound do they run over there that causes a low speed swerve on a completely dry and clean road to fishtail the car for 400 yards down the road with a few 360s thrown in and then nearly always ending up on its roof?

2. what the heck is with all the random u-turns? I don't mean the u-turns at the junctions, I mean the u-turns on a long straight rural road with no side turnings - they just randomly slow down and move over to the side then do a u-turn and go back where they've just come from for absolutely no reason. confused
I’m in Russia at the moment and have asked the reason for so many ‘entertaining’ clips. The answer is always the same “Vodka!”

Car driver was calm and didn't panic. Biker was very lucky indeed, still sustained some pretty bad injuries though.

''Subaru driver films himself overtaking 15 vehicles in one go and sparks furious reaction from road safety activists''

Looked like a pretty good overtake to me, decent visibility and loads of gaps to pull into if needed.

absolutely nothing wrong with that, surprised that the car directly behind the tractor hadn't overtook it considering how much time, space and visibility it had

Those drivers failing to overtake the tractor should have their licences removed immediately.
