That's the A59 New Longton Bypass.

It wouldn't surprise me if that bit of dual carriageway doesn't succumb to the 50mph average speed camera treatment and it'll be idiots like him to blame by racking up the accident statistics if it does.

People suspect the GT R guy was trying to engage in a crash for cash. The black Octavia seems to be going along with him and even pulls the same stunt at the motorway sliproad of going off and cutting back on again. The GT R was mysteriously stolen from the guy's house in the night along with cash and jewelry and people thought it was insurance fraud.

The car has turned up in Birmingham.

4:02 shouldnt the truck have avoided the collision?

5:36 a couple of overtakes where the truck should have dropped back if necessary to allow the overtake to complete - maybe it did

“While we’ve recovered the car and made an arrest, our investigation is still very much continuing"

The police posted about it on their Facebook group, I'm sure to trawl for intelligence about the guy.

Dash cam is right up against the screen. What it shows isn't what the truck driver sees, he's over to the right and his head will be a few feet back from the screen. Looks like car would have been in his blindspot.

No mention of the selfish farmer not letting the train of cars past!!
He probably didn't want them slowing him down

Driving is definitely getting worse , coming down the M5 off the M6 it clearly says USE BOTH LANES , MERGE IN TURN
A mile of traffic in the RH lane so I cruised up the front and merged in turn, I though the guy behind was going to have a heart attack he was that angry.

Same goes for traffic lights that have 2 lanes before the lights merging I to one after

Everybody sits in the non merge lane then closes the gap after the lights because you're pushing in , they're clearly too stupid to see the junction is designed to get the biggest number of vehicles through on green

and that the lead person in the left lane takes so long to get going on a green that only 2 cars get through

It's about courtesy, dont want to be seen as queue jumping at the lights.
It could do with a 'split in turn' before the lights and a merge in turn afterwards
except that numpty youre supposed to merge with, hasnt realised the lights have changed yet

ETA Where are the vids bounce

No probs, if you want an additional chuckle check the comments out, someone possibly the driver or friend of is trying to get the video taken down and has opened themselves up for abuse.

The chap complaining about 'Copywrite' had about as much knowledge on the subject as the driver had on driving. scratchchin

Reminds me of that GT3 Ferrari racing driver at Monza a couple of years ago.
