Was just about to say the same. Clearly a young kid trying to impress his g/f (?) in something sporty (from the sound of it and acceleration) and his talent ran out. He'll already have been discharged by now. Often it's done the day they are sent down.

It's possible that he'd been there for some time after his car died in lane 3 and wasn't able to get over to the left. The stress and panic can cause you to need to have a piss. If you're caught in that situation yourself, what do you do? You can't get across 3 lanes of fast moving traffic to the verge so you either piss yourself or you have to do what he did.
Of course he could just be a complete throbber and came to a halt in lane 3 just to get out and have a piss, but if I had to bet, I'd say the former is more likely.
