I know of several people who have been to court because someone has filmed what they were up to (usually mates etc), posted it online, then it has gone to the police.Generally speaking I think so long as you're not driving like a total wally, you're okay, but I have seen plenty of videos put out that I am not sure I would want to be involved in. It's tricky - very tricky. EVO, Top Gear, etc... have given us this expectation that every sports car should spend every moment sideways.
I have been pulled by a police officer once who recognised my car when I was a fair way from home with it - so I know there's at least one watching my videos!

Does anyone else follow Garage 54? The Russian guy who swaps car wheels for springs, makes wooden pistons, or wooden brake pads just to see what happens? He's the antithesis of the usual car youtubers

Looks like Anishvin has offloaded the Performante and the GT3 RS, and hinted at values maybe taking a hit soon on the Performante anyway. I guess its all ok when you have an 812 and a SVJ coming in to replace
