Really? I would have thought the obvious reason to add a Supra is to attract a wider audience. I can see the Supra being a big nostalgic draw. As a teen my mother had a Celica Turbo. In its day it had huge want factor.

I doubt it's a case of 'having to combine' to afford it. Tom makes more than the finance payments on a Jimny every time he flashes his Huawei phone on screen.

99.9% of the interior of the Supra is lifted straight from BMW.

I remember the days people bought Japanese cars as they were an alternative to the usual German offerings. Those days are well gone with this.

Not sure what the point in Archie being in the video was, would have better off leaving him out. All he did was sit looking uninterested on his phone, some weird antics relating to his horrific trainers, lurk in the back of shot doing stuff on his phone. The boys a real life catch 22; when he’s all squeely he’s annoying as fk and you just want him to STFU, when he does STFU he still manages to irritate

I have to agree. The side profile looks like the Z4, the interior is basically a water downed BMW interior which isn't a bad thing but the Supra interior should have been unique and overall the car looks like a Z4 with a different front and rear. This car was definitely not worth all the hype.

Salomondrin put up a podcast yesterday about whether he's suing McLaren. Seems like he isn't and states that the selling of his cars isn't going to fund a lawsuit, he's just left it with his insurers to resolve.

As for the Supra, it is disappointing that Toyota couldn't carry the FT1 concept through to production. Surprised you ordered one Tim but it seems your early test drive got you hooked!

I'm sure it won't take long for tuners to offer a 2JZ conversion & an FT1 style body kit.
