Does it really matter how they obtain their cars?

a) Trust fund from daddy? Good for them
b) Earned via their own graft? Good for them
c) Via a finance deal that would keep most sane people awake at night? Not my cup of tea but that's up to the individual
Couldn’t agree more.
It really only matters if they say something misleading in their videos, or if they're driving cars that don't belong to them, whilst deliberately suggesting that they do. As to whether that has / is happened / happening though, I have no idea.
Why would any of that matter?

Not great to have a strut tower fail like that. The previous video of his track day he had a big off and kept full lock on into the gravel and I bet that's where it actually cracked then days later hit a small pot hole and it finally unzipped around the top of the tower.

Porsche do warranty their cars on trackdays so hopefully they will sort it but its going to be a PITA to repair.
A big off?!? It was a second gear spin into a gravel trap, something a 30 year old rusty £100 stter could withstand with zero damage.

We've had multiple Porsche racers comment on the other thread that they've never seen such a failure even when having huge impacts at several times the speed when racing or rallying.

Let's face it, root cause = substandard Porsche engineering.

You may not but there are some folk who won't like being misled. There may also be ramifications from a legal / T&C perspective in relation to YouTube and what is and isn't declared in advertising? Or it may be as simple as channels losing subscribers / revenue if they are deemed to be full of ste?

If it's that little off at knochill it would severely damage Porsche if they pulled a warranty claim based on that.

Tbh the more I'm seeing of P cars (chocolate gearbox/991 engine fiasco) I'm almost glad I'm not on the dealer list for one (yes I'm bitter)
It's unbelievable the following they have got really.

I doubt the brainless that watch TGE have the intelligence to understand if they are full of ste or not.

Tim, the Lambo MEX is pretty impressive. They took delivery of a couple SVJ's well before US dealers and I believe they've delivered two SVJs already.

Got to hand it to JWW. NVN looks amazing.

BUT. Pretty much next door to Topaz and there doesn’t seem to be any separation between work bays. I wonder how they’re going to stop spray from the wash bay from going airborn and contaminating the detailing and how they plan to stop the detailing particles from accidentally ending up under the PPF.

Other than that it looks amazing.

Have to agree about NVN. It really is a very very impressive facility! If that 'lounge' was a coffeeshop i'd be there every weekend!

Yes, it’s literally about 50 metres away.

Odd choice.

McDonalds used to spend millions researching where best to build their restaurants.

Burger King would then just build them across the street...

Topaz and NVN London are pretty much next door neighbours eek

I'm expecting a new show on Discovery Turbo entitled "PPF Wars".

Are NVN and Topaz not going after slightly different markets? NVN being an exclusive club almost, with their super high class B&O sound systemed Timothy Oulton furnished breakout rooms and the like?

laughlaugh I'd watch!

On another note. Most car dealerships are next to each other so this is a good thing imo. Business competition is ultimately better for the consumer!
