No doubt this thread drives awareness and views so both “content creators” and posters here are happy all round. A win-win situation.
Many businesses in other sectors do very well from mediocre - one of the most popular beers is Carling, the most popular UK restaurant is McDonald’s, the most popular coffee freeze dried Nescafé, the most popular TV reality TV. Nothing with recognising that and providing the market with what it wants (and in this case pays for with views).

I think the difference is I'm not making my money out of sharing falsehoods or glamorising my life through social media for the pursuit of ad revenue and corporate affiliation pay offs.
I'd say we the viewers are your customer and what enables you to get paid so either change or accept the views on this niche forum will never be satisfied.
How many bad comments are there on the average Carfection or Harry M video (videos which stand up by themselves)........ not many if any......
Not a Youtuber. But a long time fan of Shmee, STG, SOL, and a few others as well as a long-time viewer of this forum (as well as others).
