New Car from Dealer. Found it's Stolen/Recovered, what next?

I thought you would have realised I'd simply be asking them if they saw a marker on the car, that's all, I wouldn't expect them to do any more.

Easy and cheap to satisfy yourself then - get a full HPI check done by HPI themselves - £20 or so. If it shows up there then great, you've a case, and if it doesnt then you can assure yourself the dealer wont have known either as thats what he'd have seen
