I’d have a punt at 200kg for a typical engine, 75kg for a typical gearbox, and 100kg for the fuel system full of fuel so near 400kg. A Tesla battery is apparently 550kg for the smaller 85kWh item, so a 100kWh is likely to be getting on for 700kg.
As I said though the biggest difference is that you can double the range of the GT3 car and knock only several tenths off its lap time, it might actually be impossible in the Tesla because the heavier it gets, the more energy it uses per kilometre so doubling the battery size may only give 50-70% more range
