Money is no object, you may buy three new cars. What?

Loving the number of mentions of the B5 Touring in this thread. Mine's an old one but I absolutely love her, they really are something special. I stuck the new one in my earlier choices as the thread said new only but i'd happily just keep mine as the 193mph is still 'enough' Hoping to get over to Germany next year as this year looking unlikely and I think that will be a good time to do a readers cars thread

I think that some people are ignoring the base assumption is that you/me are megarich and the cost of maintaining a hypercar is loose change. In any case I suspect that the cost of ownership of a T50 would be zero or less, given that it will likely appreciate as the F1 did.
Or making a different base assumption, given that none is specified in the opening post.I assumed that I had the same house and job, and chose accordingly.

F40, because it's an F40. And as someone else is paying, an absolute minter with a cast iron warranty...!
Then something old and simple to fix, but unobtainable to us plebs. Some sort of Yank muscle car maybe; Plymouth Superbird has always appealed. Again, an absolute minter.
Finally, something modern that seats four. Toss up between a Quattroporte and the much less pretty but insanely fast Koenigsegg Gemera.
Of course I'll be keeping my old Galaxy and the company car for all remotely practical purposes...

If they have to be brand new, then presumably they have to be whatever is currently in production and on sale... makes it a little tough..
Jag XF Estate in dark green, light interior and loads of walnut.
Pug e208 in yellow.
Genuinely cannot think of a third car, such is my lack of interest in new cars.
If it was three brand new cars from any point in history, then I’d struggle to narrow it down to ten, let alone three.

F40 came immediately to my mind as well, but the OP said new cars. Then something old and simple to fix, but unobtainable to us plebs. Some sort of Yank muscle car maybe; Plymouth Superbird has always appealed. Again, an absolute minter.

1. My Daily: *Alpine A110*. Very light, beautiful ride, beautiful car for that matter; enough luggage space to take race stuff to circuits; not so nice you need to worry where it's parked. Decent range and MPG too - which still matters for a genuine daily.
2. Main car/Wife's car: *Defender 90*, fully Milfed-up with the ladder, snorkel, etc. On Steel wheels with white roof. There are only 3 of us, and the 110 is too big. I know it's a complete fashion victim car, but i quite like it. And the missus has mandated this is what she has next so what can you do...
3. Sunday car: *Ford GT* . They're still making them! Only modern supercar i find interesting, because it has a proper story - a genuine homologation special, built for racing, then turned into a totally impractical supercar. As supercar's should be!!
