Hi johnnyBv8, Sorry I have received today a signed acknowledgment from Company "A" along with other information that senior managers have also seen and agreed to the changes. This should complete this post. Thanks All.
No you haven't. You're an idiot. Stop making it worse.

Second that, why is this crap thread still ongoing? I want to read a happy end closing post from the OP explaining to us mortals how he rewrote courtroom history laugh

Don't think we'll get any real closure on this thread as the OP has been called out so many times without providing any sort of explanation.

What we can gather though is that there's potentially a freelance / self employed "IT Specialist" out there running a company from their front room and lack of real contracting principals. So... Anyone needing a new website?

I'm not sure I understand what's happened in this thread. Has the OP at any point made a coherent statement explaining the situation?
It's real simple.

OP has altered a contract which he then signed thereby giving him ownership of someone else's car.

Enlightened by this cleverness other forum members have taken ownership of other peoples things; perhaps the most notable being HorneyMX5 who now owns Apple and Netflix and will soon own Tesla. Except he doesn't own Apple 'cause in a masterful move of cunning and genius, Butter Face took that off him. OP has now painted both his face and his car with lemon juice to prevent anyone doing the same to him.

As I said - Simple. So simple it's genius.

Pretty much nailed it.

I have covered my ass to not losing Apple by vowing never to sign anything, ever again.

Share price has dropped by 50% overnight but, whatever.

Doesn't work, simply making a payment associated with a contract that has been altered by one of the parties and slipped under the newspaper in the bottom of your budgie cage means you have agreed to the terms.

Of course, but OP doesn't understand capacity. Ho hum, OP is a massive bell.

Don't be silly. OP is in the right because he knows the LAW. He must do because he wrote LAW in capital letters....... that means he knows it better than anyone else.

I am close to giving up on mentioning it, but I would be pleased if OP would humour me with the HPI on said vehicle

Still no closure? I'm assuming the OP is now in his own private island he purchased through altering his t&c on his credit card providing him with unlimited credit on 0% interest for 150 years.

I’ve just had Branson on the phone crying. The OP now owns Necker because he sent an email to Virgin Media altering the terms of his TV contract.

Not quite bas sad as that thread or the others you started, however you never know you might get surpassed as the forum bullstter yet...but I doubt it.
