The X6 has to be the most obnoxious car on the road for me. I imagine it's been successful because it appeals to that kind of clientele.

This Q8 looks more like a 'normal' SUV so I don't see how it competes at the same market point.

I think it looks great inside, in fact I really like it, I'm changing the M3 at the end of the year and this has made the list of replacement options, very nice.

Love it full all black obnoxious spec for me please, shame they don’t do a lightweight manual debadged small wheels version to help most of you on here sleep at night

I couldn't agree more. Everything about it offends me. The Q8 not so much until X6 buyers start switching to Audi and driving like them like utter tools.

While I recall the merits or otherwise of the Q8 have already been discussed on this forum previously, you do have to giggle quite a lot at buyers of this type of car nay vehicle when the marketing blurb mentions 'quattro blisters' (inspired by those of the 1980s Sport Quattro homologation special)

...as if the new buyers are likely to recognise or appreciate this design feature as a homage to the SQH, or even anyone on PH for that matter in an SUV.......................

The X6. I always bolk when I see one. It is the most ugly car on the road and I have no idea why anyone would want to drive one over an X5??
This doesn't look as bad.

An X6 without the gopping styling and with a typically lovely Audi interior. It'll sell like hot cakes.

At my kids school the Landrover Discovery, RR and RRS rule the car park followed by the Q7 oddly few velars and there is a smattering of smaller SUV's like X3 Q5 Disco sport and offerings from Kia Hyundai Nissan etc

This will sell like there is no tomorrow if the PCP is right. No one cares about cars really (unless we are on here) they care about is it big comfy and can I put two kids an there stuff in it in the morning drive to station, gym, sainsburys etc that is it.

I'm not sure why press photos continue to show these sorts of cars being used off road..

Not for me thanks.

If I was in the SUV market this would be the one. Best looking SUV currently after the Urus.

Needs to be big to have the space of an X5 but without the square rear shape.

Looks better than ALL estates, thats for sure.

The difference between this and a Q7 is...?

THe Q7 is already too big for UK roads and car parks, why make an even bigger one (if that's indeed what it is, and if it isn't then what's the point even having it?)?

Every angry fat man with a trophy wife who won't sleep with him already owns an X6 or is looking to get an X8... So that market has dried up.

(I've never met an X6 owner who doesn't fit the angry fat man stereotype... I'm guessing about the wife)
