RE: PH Service History: Fun in the sun

The Alfa Spider 916 in 2ltr form may be the ‘purists choice’ but it simply cannot compare with the 3ltr V6 exhaust note from sensible Ragazzon cat back or similar system. Not only does the car look good it sounds fantastic as well.
Biased I know but the 916 is an under the radar old school modern classic. Other than all too regular hood motor problems it is a pretty robust piece of kit and will appreciate over time if looked after.

And who wants an electric roof?
An electric roof is one of the most convenient things you can have, although they do take up a bit of space. Also, they look really cool, expecially if it's on an old car where nobody expects to see it:My old bus of 18 years at Silverstone a month or so back.

I'm also looking at importing an S660.
Not many have made it over to the UK yet or I would buy one already over here.
That is awesome, i think they are about 15 to 20k which is quite a lot of money for such a small car. Personally i would import an AZ1 since i love the gullwing doors Not many have made it over to the UK yet or I would buy one already over here.

They are also quite small, smaller than a Smart roadster for example, and have no luggage space. I'm 6'2" and could just about fit in it.

They are great things and I want one very much! I think there's a couple in the UK for sale for about £20k.

I'm only 5'5'' and so not a problem! They are also quite small, smaller than a Smart roadster for example, and have no luggage space. I'm 6'2" and could just about fit in it.
If they are £20k here then I might as well import one myself through Torque and make it a bit more of an adventure and get more choice. Not done that before.
Strangely it will probably replace my S2000.

You can't beat this on a summer's day - comfy ride (as all french cars used to be), soft and comfortable seats, room in the back for the kids, a huge boot (two weeks holiday possible) and so much classic Pininfarina style...
