Agree with what you are saying, though the 100 looks boring compared to all of those. I still like it though!
The 100 looks "boring" because it's the only one of them that looks vaguely modern. The others partly look "interesting" because they look so different to modern cars, which is a testament to how well the 100 showed the way to the future.

This car was absolutely groundbreaking at the time, the first among a period that saw a leap forward in car design that has not been equalled since. I remember seeing them in the 80s and it was like a spaceship among the Cortinas and Mk2 Cavaliers.
Exactly right and well explained

I can remember when cars like this were driven by professionals, doctors , engineers, and polite people who had nothing to prove, nowadays they seem to be the car of choice for the arrogant and rude
its a great pity as they are such well built motor cars

P. O. S? Look at what can be done with them. A perfect 'sleeper'.

I also must admit that i simply can't see the appeal of the Granada. It's an old Ford, nothing special new, and nothing special now.

Definitely the car I most regret selling - nothing wrong with it at all (other than the ex-wife thinking we needed something smaller and more frugal, which she soon regretted), and I traded it in for a few hundred. That was the Quattro version too, with gorgeous 2.2 5-cylinder engine.
Tragic that they are now so rare, I’d love another.
