A company I used to work for has installed front/rear dashcams in their fleet. The number of complaints is now negligible. To be fair it wasn't that high previously but it's so easy to have your PR/business badly damaged via YT that the Directors decided to instal dashcams so there is no doubt whose at fault.

I used to drive a liveried up van and i was on a ridiculous time constraint because my boss thought i could simply teleport everywhere, there is a knack to driving quickly without pissing people off.

However i was the only one who answered the phone anyway so worst comes to worst i'd have just promised to take care of....myself biggrin

I was browsing the "bad driving caught on dashcam" thread on PH one morning when I saw the company I work for named and shamed because of bad driving by one of our vans...

I showed it to the HR Director (pointing out, of course, that I was browsing before my official start time smile ) and after a few e-mails to the poster (complete with apologies) the posting was removed.

Our driver then had a chat without coffee or biscuits!

No, but saved the company (with several hundred employees) getting named and shamed over the internet. Don't drive like a prick when you're in a marked up company vehicle!

On the occasions I've been complained about I've wished I had a dashcam. Then forgot to buy one....
