Used them a few years ago, when i bought a cheap hack for work.
one thing i noticed was they dont offer the "driving other cars" cover that most comprehensive policies do.
otherwise cheap as, but i never had to claim

I've been with them for 4 years or so. Super easy to deal with on line. Renewals come in at a sensible price and I simply can't be bothered to move. I'm very happy with them. Their website has some pretty good stuff on it to, drives to enjoy etc,

^ I have 'driving other cars'.

Yes, and am with them currently. I won't be renewing, and would avoid at all costs - see my thread history for more detail.

I've used them before for years with no issues and insured with them on my girlfriends car. Never had an issues with renewels - they have an online portal iirc system which is good for viewing your policy docs.

I have decided to go ahead with them this morning. Seem to be no worse or better than anyone else.
I have seen the previous feedback someone made regarding a hike in price for moving house but Insurance companies all hold different parameters so I can't hold that against them.

I don't begrudge them the hike. It was the arbitrary fourfold increase in my premium for moving <1 mile and their complete intransigence/unhelpfulness which pushed me away.

I was insured with them for a couple of years, no issues at all although I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on that side!

I had to cancel with them earlier this year as I sold my car, said on the website there was a £50 (IIRC) cancellation fee but they waived that for me without me even mentioning it, which I thought was good of them.
