Fancy painting it olive green and chasing my classic mini across London? It’s got Italian Job cop car written all over it!
Excellent purchase.
You might enjoy this then - clearly driven by an Italian smile

My father had a white 1750, bought for £60 at a used car garage in Swansea, think it was a 1971 car couple years later he bought a lovely looking yellow 2000 berlina. He also had a 1300gt junior, 1968 step front 1600gt ,giulia super saloon, and a few others as donor cars then moved on to Alfetta's, a red 77 s reg 1.8, a lhd 1976 1.8gt {gtv } then a 2000 alfetta ,then into a 164 .Sadly he's long gone now but have fond memories of those Alfa'a my dad owned, spent a lot of time with him fixing them and swapping the larger 2.0 into the smaller 1300's/1600's as engine swaps were pretty straight forward back then,by the age of 15 I was stripping twin 40's dell'orto carbs with ease!
Lovely berlina you have, sure you will enjoy it.
That brings back memories. My mate's dad had a 124 Coupe followed by an Alfetta GT 1.8 and a Guilietta. I had a ropey 2.0 Spider for a while - loved listening to the carbs gargling away.

Other mates had GTV 2.0's and GTV6's.

I was very tempted by a Bertone 2.0 GTV but it was just too much of stretch back then.

Me and my mates all ended up in Alfa's, Lancia's and Fiats and did quite a few engine swaps.

Fun times.

Thanks, didn’t think they looked standard, not a fan.

Pretty sure they’re a factory or dealer option.. they’re in the dealer parts manual (from memory).

Loooks are subjective of course, I think they look okay on Bertone coupes (GT/GTV)

It is just one of those cars that probably look better on factory steel wheels.

Momo Vegas look ace IMHO.

There were a couple of race prepped Berlinas on eBay recently that looked fun. Deep down I wanna ruin a gt junior with massive arches and wide wheels
