Dirty Cars Winter 18/19

Last washed mine in October so several weeks of rural roads and motorway commutes are doing their thing... went out this morning to find the wife armed with a 'Power Force Floor Cleaning wipe' cleaning my lights and number plate in disgust. I'd take a picture but it's -3, sleet and dark so will add another few days of muck to the equation and tender my efforts. One thing is for sure, it's not getting washed till spring... it's totally pointless!

I'm disappointed. I haven't cleaned my winter sh@tter since picking it up at the end of September but despite flogging up and down the M6 daily it's far cleaner than any of the cars pictured.

Suspect this simply demonstrates that silver doesn't show up the muck too badly. It's been worse but is a tad loppy right now.

2 weeks and not even 100 miles since the last wash. I love winters before the snow arrives in proper, nothing dirties the car like salty grimy roads, I reckon it's gonna look pretty rank in a months time since I aim to win this thread

Just looks absolutely perfect to me. The E39 M5 is my favourite one and although I love a clean car it looks great dirty.

I've got a month of driving between windmills in Västra Götaland starting in the middle of January, maybe we can aim for a Swedish one-two

Really? A trip no longer than a few hours this time of year will get the car as dirty as any of the ones pictured in this thread...

I don't even see the point washing my car at this time of year. I can easily do 500 miles in a week, it's filthy after a day. Will start washing it again in March/April time. I've never judged anyone on how clean their car is, I have, admittedly on general condition, but not on it being dirty.

Very clean, got loads of time to do it as I'm not sat at the car wash half the day.
