I know this is a bit of an old post, but I've finally managed to test-drive an ST2 on the standard 17" wheels. 99% of demonstrators seem to be ST3s or ST2s with the 18" upgrade.

The 17" wheels definitely remove the jolt from the ride. Seems to be a much better everyday compromise.

Don't need a car until April/May time, but I'm now fairly certain I'll be ordering an ST2 with performance pack and LEDs.

Thanks - I don't like large wheels either. So hopefully it wouldn't be too wearing on long journeys.
