Not sure, will need to find out the criteria from OP as he seems to change his tune about the requirements all the time, but every cycle I can see in the video had a rear light working.

Simply reporting what I see (as I have no need to invent things by using 12 year old statisticians). If you think that means I am mentally challenged then that really confirms my suspicions about your own level of mental instability. Was this in the most "favourable" part of town ? Probably. I just don't believe that these attitudes are prevalent in Europe, this anti-cycling thing only seems to occur here in the UK.

Stupid thing is I am not anti-cycling, I'm anti-idiotic cycling just as I am anti-idiotic driving. I must have passed just as many comments about bad drivers on this forum as bad cyclists, but for some reason this lot just latch on to anything they see as a criticism of their mode of transport and go all 'full retard' over it. I do, however, think that, in London at least, there is a higher percentage of cyclists that do stupid things than drivers, but the reasons for that are obvious!
