Did they itemise what and where the damage was that they've charged for.

If not phone them and ask them, they have to be of a certain size to be class as damage and not expected wear and tear.

I've never leased so I can't be too much help sorry.

Do you have a copy of the form you signed when they collected?

What damage did it have?

Could be a ref number error and you’ve got someone else’s bill

It is the same reference number/ref details
There is a list of discrepancies which I belive was used with specialist light/mirror equipment.

So the latest picture shows a dent, that has broken the paintwork. Fair enough - £195.

Where's the evidence for the remaining £2,105 of damage?

And your signature to say you agree that it was the damage.

That’s a scuff not a dent.

even with the jaunty angled pics and with the front rear ones being added i dont possibly see £2300 of damage on that car.

did you steal the engine before you sent it back?

So that's £460 so far, keep going, we've got £1600 in the kitty yet.
Here's the document they should judge your vehicle by.

https://www.arval.co.uk/sites/uk/files/media/docum...

Heres an example where they may be incorrect
(last word is "acceptable")

so that should cover your door sill/cill as acceptable if it's not cracked.

Nothing I've seen so far seems outside the remit for fair wear and tear.
I assume the interior is all present and correct?
How long did you have the car?
