Looks like a really stupid place to do a 3point turn.
To be fair, you're right - Notice red hatching and bend boards in the background. Not the best place for it, especially if we assume it's an NSL; That said, if Chris wasn't able to stop in the space seen to be clear, It's a 50:50

Perhaps the most idiotic place to do a U-turn ever!

Chris H knows that area particularly well so unlikely to be him in the wrong. Then again, they say you should be particularly careful closest to home wink

Should have been able to stop to be fair, regardless of the stupidity of the other driver

I agree, can’t tell from the street view because I’ve not been on that road for a long time, but I grew up in Chepstow and that’s at or very near to where a friends mum went off the road and down the cliff to her death.

Wow, just wow. Who the hell gets to that point in the road and thinks "perfect spot for a 3 point turn"?
It's stunning that some people are so impatient they are willing to put other peoples lives at risk for the sake of 5 minutes to go down the road and turn around in a sensible place.
Glad all involved are unhurt.

Indeed. I'm sure he wasn't driving fast.

Possibly, but then someone travelling at a sensible speed should have been able to stop - particularly someone in a car which has incorporated in it every technological device out there to deliver a rapid and safe stop.

Is he and everyone else ok /no injury?

Not at you but there are many here clearly thinking he was speeding / like he drives in real life like he does in his videos. Clearly he doesn’t he can have and does have all the fun he needs on the track or as he has done time and time again off to Germany.

I know that section fairly well and it would have been greasy in the extreme today. They have recently being doing work on the same section, it could be that the pickup was in connection with on going road works. We just dont know. Wonderful stretch actually if conditions are good.

I'm lost here.
I can't find any mention of a monkey in this story. How was it involved and what happened to it?
confused

..... it’s been mentioned previously over the years his face from a distance with eyes squint looks a tiny bit like a monkey (apparently)

Back in the zoo I believe. Slight tail injury but nothing serious.

Nothing whatsoever to do with his appearance.

Monkey Harris was an Only Fools and Horses character and Chris Harris ended up with the nickname as a result of that.

I was just on his Instagram today admiring that GT3 RS, stunning car, what a shame, that must be a write off.

Funny another poster mentioned, if it can happen to him, it can happen to anyone, I’ll be extra careful from now on hehe
