Managed to secure a win through the European court of human rights and had the insurer shut down with their bank balance being transferred to you?

I’d think twice about taking this to court; given the OP has admitted to putting in an insurance claim that he knows was exaggerated (ie included a wheel that wasn’t damaged, see earlier post). I’m not sure that would go down too well if it comes out..,,
