Yeah, think the quarter window can be broken and an arm put through to access the ODB port, connect your box of tricks and disable the alarm.

You can move the ODB port or block access another way, otherwise, the fuse for the OBD port can be removed which would mean the method of getting round the alarm would not work as the port is not live and can be used to access the cars ECU, they could of course replace the fuse but would need to open the bonnet and fuse box which would mean they set off the alarm.
