But I cant get over the cost difference between that and an R8, which although ugly, is a similar car with shared underpinnings after all?
You would be surprised how much people will pay simply not to drive an Audi.

There is a few differences between the 2. Chassis, mapping, tyres, suspension and of course one doesn't have the audi badge or crappy interior.

Whilst some may struggle to ignore the Audi, if you look at the price of the Huracan and compare it to its other rivals, it isn't priced badly IMO.

10% price increase for a facelifted five year old car. Don't get me wrong I love this car, but is this a real price rise or a BREXIT Britain currency impact?
I'm glad people chose to ignore this comment. A car manufacture brings out a facelift model and increases the price to match the "so called" new features. hardly revolutionary and nothing to do with Brexit!

488 is about the same price as is the 702s (195, 208) respectively. Audi is about 50K less but once you sit in one you understand why.

All that handling magnetism and vectoring computer suspension monitoring will come in handy when the car's sitting stationary in traffic on the Kings Road in London, seemingly where all Lambos seem to reside!

Yawn.

Such clichéd bks.

I've got 2. The only time they've been in central London was when I collected them from Lamborghini London.

Go on, what do you think is an exciting looking supercar?!?

I'm not sure how you can call these boring:-
When they all begin to look the same, except the odd rear fin or new harsh angle on the front, that's boring.

That doesn't make sense. That's like saying if you saw Cameron Diaz and she had a twin sister you wouldn't go from thinking "wow, she's pretty" to then think "that's boring", or would you?

Again, you're completely missing the mark. Did I say it was unattractive? Did I say it looks horrendous? No. I simply stated it looks boring. I could take one Lambo and alter very minute rear fins and front splitters. Would they still look nice? Yes. Would they all be interesting? No. Boring. When something is repeated over and over, it becomes the norm.

Don't understand why people are so salty over a pretty beige opinion.

But that's just what modern cars are, be it so called Supercars, or just a shopping car that your Gran might drive.

I don't understand why you can't give me an example of a supercar that you think looks exciting?!?

If you think modern Lamborghini's are boring then I am genuinely interested.

I think he struggles to grasp this isn't a new car, just a face-lift.

Face-lift car looks similar bar s few changes to older version and now it's boring.... Shock horror.

I saw an Aston Martin DB11 the other day and actually liked the look of it. I later drove past an Aston dealer, saw about 3 of them, and all of a sudden it became very boring.

I initially thought he meant the cars themselves were boring, but then when I mentioned about Cameron Diaz I'd got the wrong idea.... Whicg leads me to think that it's actually the fact that the newer version looks similar to the old version that is boring, not the car itself (he'd find it more interesting if they looked more unique) but then he also said that it's boring.... So I'm not sure.

That looks sensational. On the outside. But the interior is tragic.
