Would anyone know why these tyres have become very rare for availability.

Specifically I need two 285 / 55 R18 113V

I have tried all my usual sources of supply, and they all say not available and connot tell me when they will be in stock.

Help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

I bought some for my car recently, tried BlackCircles as well as a local fitter but both quoted me 10 weeks for delivery as they are made to order only. I found some on CamSkill that were in stock and delivered in 2 weeks.

Have you tried ATS?

Camskill, Oponeo etc all list them as out of stock, ATS don't say no stock.

Although ATS are showing stock on their website, their head offce confirmed today that they do not have any stock for these tyres.

I spoke with Pirelli UK this morning and they confirmed that they do not have any stock availability, and although they have back orders they could not tell me when this tyres will go into manufacure.

I need two tyres for the same axle, so I could go for alternative make if there are any suggestions ?
