Dash Cam Light?

The only really get deterred when they see the sound guy I've strapped to the roof and the two hundred go-pro's on my car. Anything less, and you might as well not bother.

Also, none of my dashcams have a forward facing light, they have an orange status led, but that faces into the cabin. I'd presume that the forward facing lights are because these are super cheap cameras that are also advertised as action cameras.
