That's the hubnut Dacia. A whole series of videos on youtube of him buying it in Romania and driving it back to Wales, and then doing various jobs to get it registered and running.

Rarest car I've ever seen? Probably this...

Around 30 years ago I saw it on a trailer in Shipley, West Yorkshire. The nearest Ferrari main dealer's service centre was one way and the showroom was the other, so I guess it was transiting between the two on some kind of tour.

I don't go to many car shows but I saw a white Countach LP500 on the road last year, September maybe.

A couple years back I was randomly overtaken one night by a Vanquish Zagato coupe.. just days before its official press release.

I now can't forget that back end.

I saw a Gordon Keeble in January this year - I think they only made about 100.

One of those is featured in Octane magazine this month.

Rarest stuff I've seen and photographed was at the Alfa museum, this Disco Volante being my favourite.

Is that really a Ferrari? It looks...atypical.

About 30 years ago riding round the outskirts of Bradford on my newly acquired motorbike, I met an F40 coming the other way - I think they'd just been released. I think it came from either the showroom or service centre you refer to. No pics unfortunately so here's the rarest one I could find a photo of:
