Given the price of originals, that doesn't seem that offensive.

Didn't know Tiff was doing anything but was made aware of this video by a family member.

I like this car a lot and pleasingly it's being punted around a place I have many very fond memories of.

Aye Tiff has had a new series out on the telly late last year, worth searching for his Moggy tow car video too is you haven't seen it.

This may sound a bit bad but I really struggle with Leno's videos. He has amazing cars and knows and loves them but it's not for me unfortunately.
Having said that I'll hunt it out to see a bit more of that car. smile

I love this, with a 200bhp flat 4 it should hustle really well!

Not really my cup of lapdogshoeshine, but I can appreciate why it would appeal and it does look well executed.

A client of mine is considering a 635csi. Having not looked at these for a while I've just had a glance and I had no idea M635s have leapt to £40k plus!

Whilst looking for saner priced things to encourage him I found this and I am rather taken by it and its amazing interior:

Ad says, and I quote "in original rust free condition"

So I think you are mistaken.

Also it has 15 years (unspecified as to which) of history on a 39 year old car. So it has that going for it too.

Hold on, were you suggesting that the fizzing was this?

It's like a normal E24 but on a really good day? scratchchin

The pic with the driver's door open isn't yet onboard with your positivity!

I'm assuming from the marker lights and MPH speedo it's a US car that's been imported at some point?

US spec 635CSi with green velour interior. vomit

10 seconds 0-60 at best, probably about as undesirable as an E24 gets.

I'd rather have a Euro-spec 628CSi than this.

Having owned lots of that era BMW I can honestly say that the large bulk of them are litter.

The few that are well spec'ed from new and well looked after are great, but the majority were horrors then and have got no better with age.

I'd love my manual 635CSi back, but that's for sentimental reasons only, dynamically it's a disaster.

The nostalgia is strong with these cars!

I had a necessary journey yesterday so seemed rude not to take the Lancia out:

Nice! I've been using my 996 more during lockdown as I don't have to take the kids with me when I drop shopping off to my Mum. Although yesterday I took the GLC as heated seats and 4x4 were better than RWD and an alloy gearknob laugh
