Good God. I keep scrolling back to look at it again. It's like a mouth ulcer that you find with your tongue - you have to keep prodding it despite knowing it will hurt.

It'll need to be (very, very) good at £400k!

I'll have an Ultima GTR and keep the change, thanks!

You can even slot in the exact same engine.

Where is the street legal front number plate going to go where it doesnt completely ruin the look of the thing. Or have they not thought that through?

I appreciate everything they do with the GT5/4/3 and LMP1/3 cars but I think there is a big leap to asking £400k for what sounds like a track focused supercar. The cost puts it way ahead of a lot of already approved cars with established dealer networks and proven reliability so its already significantly behind the competition.

More importantly its bloomin awful to look at, it looks like someone glued the front of an LMP car to the body of a Gillet Vertigo...badly.

I'll leave this here, Brabham BT62 1.2 Million if you want it to be road worthy it'll cost you an extra £150,000.00

There was a lot of criticism thrown at the new TVR for not being radical enough on the design front.. fk me Ginetta listened and accepted the challenge - as per the mouth ulcer comment i have to keep going back to take a look at it: what a mess! I’d love a go in one though.. bonkers!

Edit: see i went back - 12 already accounted for! Aside form the obvious stevie wonder joke anyone care to ‘fess up?

And i’m Not sure you’d want to be hit by one, at least you’d be able to stack the body parts for easy removal

Slight tangent;

Rear light clusters from a Mazda 3 ?
Or a Mitsubishi Lancer?

Nope, the front's a mess.

If the top wings were flush with the top of the nose cone, it'd look better and be just as effective.
If the middle wings went all the way across to the nose cone, it'd look better, have more area and be stronger.

Before this, Ginetta cars looked pretty good, the road cars and the cars that ran in the BTCC support races. This isn't one of those cars. At all. Ever. Just no.

Reminds me of the ‘Swiftmobile 4.0’ from ‘School for Scoundrels’, and I somehow think that the selling technique required by Ginetta will be like that of Dunstan and Dudley, the Winsome Welshmen....

can't be argued that that is anything but horrendous looking.
