If someone wants to drive his car to dinner, and take more than an hour eating, then maybe they are having a good time!
As yet Corbyn isn't in power, and fortunately we can do whatever we like with our possessions. Would anyone on here have it any other way?
Yep the PH mileage Nazi police would. As yet Corbyn isn't in power, and fortunately we can do whatever we like with our possessions. Would anyone on here have it any other way?
Strange largely chip on shoulder tragic lot they certainly are.
If anyone wants to spend the thick end of £250k on a car which is driven less than 150 miles per month this is purely their decision and I’ve got no problem with it. But let’s not pretend that the vast majority of such cars are bought for the pleasure of exploring the driving dynamics - if this were really the case why do they do so few miles and in a country with a 70 limit?

I had a road-legal Caterham race car for 4 years, and did only just over 5,000 miles. Does that mean I didn't buy it for its driving pleasure?Brooking10 said:

Do I detect a hint of jealousy at Ferrari owners on here? The are the best looking and most coveted brand in the world, that's why I bought myself one.
I love a 430, pop a pic or two up Ron if you would ?Raygun said:

Blimey Trev I know I have a bit of banter with yourself but hope you don't have the wrong image of me. I was only countering the argument on certain topics, of course Porsche are fantastic cars, VW do make popular cars but like all vehicles none of them are faultless and speaking as an ex owner of both brands, even the Ferrari had a corrosion bubble on the wheel arch. Doing this on the phone and will edit and post a photo to show.
The scratch marks were after I had rubbed the corrosion bubble down and afterwards was professionally sorted.

“The are the best looking and most coveted brand in the world, that's why I bought myself one.”Ha ha - nothing to do with the performance, handling etc? ! But because other people covet one!

There's every single possibility they're coveted because of their performance and handling, that HE coveted one, and hence he bought one. Your assumption is that he bought one because they're coveted by others is a bit daft.
