The Caterham fits a surprising amount. Whilst not having as much space as my VW Van, it copes well with shop stuff for a skate event.

I managed to get 3 or 4 seats in my Elise the once.

(Cant remember if I removed the passenger seat when buying my new ones).

Dining table and 4 chairs into an E92 3 Series. Was between 2 houses at the time and like a tit I ordered it to the old house. Had to practically sit on top of the steering wheel with my seat at about 70 degrees angle. Fortunately only had to drive 5 miles down the road.

Chest freezer in a Skoda Rapid Cabrio.
With the top down natch.
A significant buffeting reduction occurred. Should be standard fit smile

Most of a BMW R1000RS in a Citroen Visa GT.
The bike was written off in a VW Passat attack and those parts still whole were being sold.

I needed a nine foot fence post and only had this to collect it in

thought I would have to have it poking out of a window but front seat folded flat and the thing went from the bottom of passenger footwell up to opposite rear corner, swallowed the thing whole, was really surprised at that.

No picture sadly but a full size range cooker fits in a E61 5 serie with a inch to spare.

Drove 600 miles to collect it with only a rough idea that it might fit.

They fit into the Jimny rails with a bit of elbow grease. Night and day improvement.

A pair of mk2 Golf doors in the back of a Mini Cooper convertible

Yes, it was dark and freezing but needs must but what makes it worse is that I was after some Mk1 doors so these will get cut up

My old 93 estate (2.8 V6 Turbo) swallowed up an old bathroom suite with ease. Fantastic car.

In 2011 I bought a Hotpoint oven and ceramic hob in a pack from B & Q.

Pushed it out to the car park on a trolley and then realised that with some polystyrene and cardboard packing it looked rather big! rolleyes

Still it went in my 1 Series with about half an inch to spare. laugh

Did the NC500 over 10 days with full camping kit in a Fiat 124 Spider. Required a boot bag and some very careful packing, including behind the passenger seat with it pushed right forward. Luckily my girlfriend is short!

Some years ago I removed the rear seats and front passenger seat from my XJ series 2 and put a 6 cyl XK engine complete with gearbox into the car. Crane jib was very close to gutter but no damage.
