I’m heading over to explore this route starting at Barnard Castle and then following the a686

[DSC OFF]

Unfortunately the road was underwhelming compared to the standard the article and thread had built up in my mind. Yes it does have its nice parts but I found the a686 much more enjoyable, the b6277 is just too straight a lot of the time. Ridiculously quiet though. Perhaps coming from Barnard Castle wasn’t sampling the road in the best direction
