Welcoming a 993 Carrera S to the garage

So after months of do I / don’t I ... I finally stumbled across a 993 that made my jaw drop.... saw it today, drove it today, bought it today ??

1997, 993 Carrera S.... other half has named it Arthur ... no idea why... ???????

Yep! Love the colour - use to have a 991.2 Turbo S in similar colour which was what attracted me to it.

My favourite colour on the 993! I seem to remember they had one on the Porsche stand at the Birmingham motorshow when it was launched in 1994 (alongside a "Vesuvio Grey" version). I drooled over it then!

I know this will annoy some people here but have decided to leave it in a storage facility which I have to say is pretty epic! Constant temperature, conditioner, cover, rolled / started up weekly! I can access 24 hours but don't plan to do much in it....

anyone else had experience of storage units?
