Unfortunately £53k is a drop in the ocean compared to the cash flowing through that business.

No point going any further, everyone knows all about them these days. I’m more surprised they actually managed some actual sales to real people and not made up family members.

Will never look at them after a few years ago there was an S2000 I was considering buying. 120k miles and pretty cheap. Sold before I could get a chance to go and view it. The next week it was up for sale by Motorhub on 80k miles (with stamped service history to match that mileage!!).

Emailed the previous seller again to double check the mileage and he said it was 100% over 120k miles when he sold it.

Anyone seriously considering buying a car from this place must be smoking monkey dust. Tracksuit wearing, fag smoking salesmen operating out of a multi story car park!! SERIOUSLY??

I heard stories way back when they were trading under KTC of nailing on bumpers and MOT’s that were carried out by Blunkett and Wonder.

If you think Ferris Bueller could knock back the miles then this place is on another level.

I came so close to buying a Ferrari 360 from these guys the car looked the part and all the history was to good to be true. I paid for an independent inspection which they didn’t like the idea of who advised the alloys were all nonOEM copies and that it had a hidden history on the carfax report from a quite serious crash in the US where it was classed as a total loss.

They claimed they had no knowledge of any of this but they imported it and it left the US damaged by all accounts.

More dodgy than mike brewer!

The penny has just dropped, fully aware of KTC (and have viewed cars there on a couple of occassions) - never knew they were now trading as MotorHub - have a diverse collection of cars that never seem to sell - as others mentioned, i spot the V70R everytime i do the regular searches

Not enough, but compared to what they’re putting through those books, it’s pocket change.

It’s obvious it’s all a front to everyman and his dog, yet they carry on unchecked. A bizarre setup that seems to render the owners untouchable!

I’m guessing the ‘sales’ all get recycled anyway back into the flow of stock eventually. Good way to clean lots of cash!

If the Police did any kind of digging in that whole area, Keighley, Dewsbury and Bradford would become ghost towns overnight. There must be a reason they are never investigated...
They have the right people on the payroll $$$$$

They had 2 edition 30 Golfs in there last January, bloody lucky I didn't bother going up there when I bought mine elsewhere.

I bought a straight car from them when they were Keighley Trade Cars.

Ok, it was a legit shed part ex Honda Accord. I bought it for £400 with 111k miles and ran it up to 162k in two years with very few problems.

I used it to deliver curry on the side. Fabulous motor. I wouldn't have spent more than £400 there, though.

It's blatantly obvious that they're a dodgy garage. A couple friends have mine have bought from them with no problems, you just use common sense. Go in with your eyes wide open and accept you're going to get little to no dealer comeback, inspect the vehicle thoroughly and if the price is right... I was going to buy an Evo 8 mr in gunmetal from them at one point, it was up for a bit over 10k. I knew it wasn't a decent example but it was cheap as hell. Caveat emptor and all that.
