I should bloody hope they don't remove this topic. They aren't at risk of being sued if it's true and out there reported about them. It only breaches naming and shaming if it's spurious, potentially liable etc.

The red one is clocked, I found the prev owner and he said its rotten af and is on 170k, not the 80k they're advertising. And the black one is genuine mileage, but rotten too

That seems like a very weak sanction in the face of the seriousness of the charges proven.

Barely punitive at all given what are manifestly widely known transgressions and dangerous trading practices at the very least.

It is doubtful whether this will have any impact upon them whatsoever.

Yep, rightly or wrongly, as soon as I see “Keighley” as the location, I nope the fk out of there. Not a recent thing either, for years I’ve seen “Keighley” as a huge red flag.

Terrible reputation but some very tasty “looking” stock.

I can imagine people getting drawn in when looking for niche cars...Some of the younger YouTube guys have gone all weak at the knees when filming there.

If you go right to the end you get to old bangers for less than £500.00. Not many dealerships trade in everything from newish supercars at six figure prices to bangers for a few hundred pounds. They find their sweet spot in the marked in terms of age, price and the type of car they sell and stick to it.
