Picked this up a couple of weekends ago, having had my E63 saloon stolen over xmas.

Bit of a compromise with SWMBO, who thought the E63 estate was too big for in town (can't say I disagree, tbh). So far so good smile

it's pretty astounding given the performance. Mine is remapped to 625bhp also, which is approx the standard 5.5TT output IIRC?
I had that engine in a GLE and i think it was 575bhp unmapped

the big one you mean? The 4.0TT in the c63 is 476bhp standard and the S is slightly higher at 510bhp. The remap takes them both to the same 625 ish. Insane gains for the non-S.

Sorry I meant the 5.5 in the previous gen GLE63s - think that was 575

Phew. Took me ages to find a photo of one with a towbar.

Great work!! All we need now is a giggly passenger and some shoddy overtakes!

haha I recall years ago at Cadwell park on a mostly EVO owners trackday there was a old Vauxhaul senator, stripped out and whatever else done -the driver was very committed and it run rings around most cars that day.
It was epic to watch.

Quite a few months I believe. I missed out I think, my guy is going to keep me in mind but if it happens it'll be in several years. I'm back to looking at B5s, but the price hurts me. I do like the new colour they've introduced, however.

Lose the side stripes (come at me bros) and a different caliper colour and that's just about perfect.

Good colour isn't it? I'm guessing they've facelifted it, it wasn't there a few months ago.

I don't see a different colour caliper option, but I think I agree with you on the stripes. It was a test, not sure I like them. £96k is a butt-ton of money to drop on an estate, however, even if it does get kept for 10 years (I get a VAT exemption hence the lower price).

Dekoset's belong on an Alpina imo, but personal taste I get it. Yes I am biased.

I genuinely think I'd daily an Alpina for about 15 years and they hold their value too. Suddenly £80k or so over 15 years doesn't seem completely outlandish.

They definitely work better with that lovely shade of green.

If I've done the math right that's still £444 a month in just depreciation. Ouch.

Except it won’t be worth zero at 15 years old.

That's assuming it's worth £15k, which in 15 years is probably a fair shout, given the uncertainty around petrol cars. And that's with VAT taken off, would be even worse otherwise hehe

About the same as leasing an Octavia vRS with a small deposit...

Stunner. Is it the S? Got the sports seats I see, great wheel and colour combo.

Was looking at C63/S a year or two ago at about 40k for sub 40k milers. Seemed they went up since, did you get a good deal?
