£30k+ for 125miles one for only the hippiest hipsters for everyone else carry on as normal.
I can see these being very popular in London. I watched Queen B review an iPace on Youtube yesterday (crappy car reviewer but makes up for it by being a bit council). She's currently paying £24.50 a day to drive in the city. Soon adds up.

3door version with a VTEC engine plz.
Not sure that's on the roadmap for this particular 'designed from the ground up' to be an electric only five door vehicle hehe

Er, prices haven't been announced yet!

How much is a pimped up fiat 500, because that it what this car is "competing" against....
The 'e' is rumoured to be around £30k. 595 Competizione (180bhp) is a whisker under £22k. Standard 595 (145bhp) is £16.5k. All before the usual generous Fiat discounts.

No idea of the performance of the 'e' but I reckon it will be more 113bhp VW Up Gti than fire breathing 180bhp Fiat 500. So realistically somewhere around double that of an equivalent petrol. As Remy says, this isn't electrification for the masses.

It'll be interesting to see where Peugeot pitch the 210 mile E-208. Sub £20k and I think people will start to look at these things as credible alternatives to the ICE. It's a good looking car too, Peugeot seem to have rediscovered their mojo of late.

Looks like prices are now confirmed on the Honda website; base model is £26,160 and the slightly higher spec is £28,660 before the government grants. Much more attractive pricing than predicted by the looks of it; range is still a concern though. I'd still be in the market but with an impending move to rural scotland I'm not sure how viable it still is.
