The black seats look a lot nicer than the Caramac colour of the one I had a poke about in last night.

Not my cup of tea, especially in matt blue and £160k eek But it’s nearly worth it for the noise it makes.....nearly.
I have someone’s Quattroporte in my barn at the moment. It’s a lovely looking barge and the sound is to die for. But you sit inside it and the lack of quality under the surface hits you like a freight train.

I’ve been driving a few GranCabrios recently as they tick a massive box for a car that the family can easily fit in, a car that looks good standing still and is fun. That engine noise really is the icing on the cake. I’d say it the best sounding car in its segment. But again, you start looking closely at the space that you, as the owner, will be spending all your time and it’s really not good enough for the price tag.

These are Italian cars that really work under the bella figura concept.

I didn’t think much of the Levante either. A very good looking SUV but again, skin deep.

But as you say, that engine! That engine is really does make a very big difference.

For the price and performance the Cayenne is the hands down winner. It’s better built, better value. But, compared to the Levante it is an ugly thing and it does not sound anything near as good. It’s a real head and heart argument.

What I found funny was the pre-reveal promo video, so it's a big 4x4 suv, is it shown picking the kids up, taking the dog out, doing the commute.....no, on a trackday. rofl

I really like the look of these, the price seems about right for the market the interior is very nice too, BUT I couldn't look past the Levantes cousin which is the Jeep Trackhawk pocket the 20k difference & live with a slightly less nice interior.

Obviously aimed at mums doing school runs but my wife would probably find it difficult to do that in this daily because a typical maserati takes a day off every two days on average...
