I'm a big fan of the Ginetta Juniors. Highly entertaining stuff that seems to be just as competent as any of the other single make racing. Okay, so many of them are experienced and tall enough to pass as an adult driver, but Inevitably at the end of the race a little kid who won't be shaving for a few years yet, jumps out of a car and generally looks bewildered and guilty that they haven't done their homework and Sunday is nearly over.

I like to imagine that on Monday morning, LNT's secretary goes into the office to be met with a huge scroll of fax machine paper spewed out all over the floor, full of orders for new body panels. Yes I know its probably all email now, don't spoil it!

If you want to own and run a racing car company, you need to have a good source of income to start with.. Say, owning a chain of old peoples homes. Kerching.

This is what’s its all about. Great write up too, thoroughly enjoyable read.
Even a 992 is silly on legal roads when driven in anger. And that's only 450 brake and 1700 kgs. Anything quicker is pointless when not on a track.

On a track this Ginetta smashes any hyper car to bits and makes them even more pointless. So maybe pick a 718T, Alpine or Alfaholics and buy a real track tool and even save money.

Anybody know how it compares with a Radical RXC?
Don’t know about how it is to drive but I think I was a couple of seconds a lap quicker at Donny and Snett in the dry.

A more open track the gap would be bigger, a tighter twisty track might be the other way round. It makes Donny feel like Brands Indy, if it wasn’t my first go in it I reckon I could have done a 58-59 on the National with fresh rubber
Wow - that is FAST

Thanks for sharing

Looks sublime and seems good value too. Just imagine a road going version... (one can dream).

I love the fact that Ginetta exist. I was at Croft last weekend and the Ginettas were the highlight of the BTCC weekend for me. I've never understood, though, how they make any money?
I am not sure that they do make a profit, particularly having invested in developing an LMP1 car that didn't sell. However, LNT's Care Homes do......

That's a good looking car.
I like the Radical RXC, but this looks considerably better. Love it!

Wonderful!

It makes perfect sense. So many track toys are of the "race car for the road" variety.

Well, what's better than a race car for the road?

Simple. A race car.

It would be undrivable, they’ve got about an inch of suspension travel. It made me yelp as it bottomed out going over bumps at Donington I didn’t even realise were there in a touring car!
