I was hoping that they might use the new I6 JLR engine. That with a manual gearbox, bumpers and a spare wheel would be great.
I used to have Zetec engine 4/4. Great car except it needed an engine rebuild at 40k (Wyckhams sold me an ex-hire without telling me about its provenance. I did 30k in two years. Got deafened by R4 going round the M25 every day.

If its similar to the bmw DTC theres alot of tech going on in that gear knob assembly.
Wow......glad at least one other person understands!!
How long before you can buy a leather cover for it?
(a sheath for the stick laugh )

Shouldn't be too hard to add the lettering in a contrasting stitch cover, and to pick out the button area in the top left of the BMW lever

& the steering wheel?
There's an airbag in it, so a Mota Lita isn't an option.
Ticking the option box for an all black wheel reduces its impact - it's still a modern wheel, but at least it's not that silver contrast to the rest of the interior.

Pathetic woeful effort from Morgan. The firm is a shadow of what is used to be. This is trying to be what the Eva GT could and should have been five years ago, but they sacked the two men who had any vision for the future of the firm and now have had to sell out to vulture capitalists...

This car needs a completely new non-power steering rack and column with a Mota-Lita wheel, and rip out the turbos, run it N/A on a standalone ECU with a manual. It's probably easier and cheaper to rip it all out and use an LS crate motor with a Tremec box. That's what Morgan should have done rather than use such an inappropriate powertrain.

Luckily they did some upgrades to the first versions of the plus six, now with seats you sit in instead of on and better rain protection, little changes to the roof and maybe some other little changes I forgot, stil not a manual though.

I was thinking if I ever would order a new one, I would choose the green color, but then i came across the White Gold color, hm... looks maybe even better... but then what kind of wheels... made a overview, but still don't know, spoke-ish wheels or steal wheels and silver or dark grey/black wheels, anyway's here a few pictures.

One of these is a dream car of mine. Seriously thinking about one of the four pots in a few years, but bit worried it would have to live outside.

Drove a 2023 one of these recently at a local "Meet Morgan" event and I was very impressed.

The car drove a lot better than I thought it would and it was seriously quick in a straight line, I think the one I drove had a sports exhaust as it sounded pretty good to me albeit I had drive to the event in an EV...

The one I drove was up for sale for £110k which was a lot of money however but it certainly was a special car. I was also surprised how spacious it was inside as I am about 6 foot 3 and 16.5 stone and fit inside fine.

I would recommend anyone considering one taking it for a spin as its quite a unique product in the marketplace.
