Also a Megane R26 is 1350kg and that was 12 years ago, had 3doors and probably much less safety equipment and tech.

I think 1300kgs is light for a modern hatchback.

It is when you think it is a 5 door platform that is now lighter than a Cayman GT4. The GT4 has squandered any power benefit of a 6 cylinder as it ate all the pies.
