Agree entirely but in the warped and delusional mind of the Chavplater there is this burning desire to display fake wealth and fake success by whatever illegal means they think fit and if it involves the illegal bte that I see on Shaz’s Nissan Qashqai or Dez’s gold, 12 year old Lexus - what’s the effing point?disation or butchering of a plate their irrepressible fk the law attitude kicks in, they place their huge vanity way above the law usually for insecure and narcissistic reasons and hey presto their Chav chariot of choice is soon displaying what they consider to be the ultimate lifestyle achievement by way of another totally hideous and cringeworthy and illegal Chavplate but which the Chavplater delusionally sees as a bona fide 'personal plate'. 
Hilarious because the majority of people take one look at these Chavplates and saddo tragic Chavplaters in general and just view them for the absolute cringefest and morons they really are.
More and more people are taking the piss out of them which can only be a good thing.
